AI-drafted marketing copy

MATRIZ ships with a library of pre-designed email templates covering:

  • account and sign-in emails — magic links, approvals, and similar account messages,
  • order and commerce emails — confirmations, shipping updates, receipts,
  • lifecycle emails — welcome series and other ongoing sends,
  • form-related emails — notifications tied to a form submission.

Open a template and ask AI to draft its subject line, preview text, or body copy. Regenerate as many times as you like — nothing sends until you choose to send it.

Once you’ve written or edited a template’s copy by hand, that’s the copy that gets used. An AI draft never silently overwrites what you’ve already saved — draft, review, and edit as you like, and your saved copy is what goes out.

Some templates need specific information to make sense — an order confirmation needs an order number, for instance. If that information isn’t available when MATRIZ tries to send the email, the send is blocked rather than going out with a blank or broken value. Fix the missing data (or the template) and it sends normally.

Marketing email today is template-based: pick a template, draft or write its copy, and send it to your members. There isn’t yet a full contacts or CRM view inside MATRIZ, and MATRIZ doesn’t yet connect to external CRM tools — both are planned but not available today.
